A stated EIN timeline

We complete Form SS-4 for owners without an SSN, and once you've signed, we fax it. The IRS generally issues these within 2 to 8 weeks.

Your registered agent is our office in Wyoming, which accepts legal papers and state notices for your LLC and forwards them to you.

What you'll still handle
