Year one

With doola Starter at the promotional price, you'd pay $237 plus Wyoming's $100. With us, you'd pay $399 plus the same $100. doola is less expensive at the start.

Year two onward

Here the comparison gets harder, because doola doesn't publish Starter's renewal price. What we can say is ours: $99 a year for the registered agent, cancellable from your dashboard, and nothing else billed by us.

What's different about our package

The registered office is ours

Every Wyoming LLC must keep a registered office at a real street address inside Wyoming, staffed to accept legal papers. Our Wyoming office fills that role, and we forward what arrives for your company.

Your bank application is ready early

We don't wait for the IRS to finish before starting the bank step. The moment you sign your EIN application, an application for our partners is ready, filled in from your order and paired with your filed Articles. You approve it and we send it. We can't guarantee approval; our partners decide.

We fax your EIN form

You can't use the IRS online tool without an SSN, so we complete Form SS-4 and send it by fax after you e-sign. Expect 2 to 8 weeks for the number.

What you'll still handle

Wyoming's annual report and license tax, starting at $60, due at the start of your anniversary month. Also any US tax returns: many foreign-owned LLCs file Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120. We don't prepare these.

What's the real first-year cost of doola Starter in Wyoming?

doola lists Starter at $297, and showed a $237 promotional price on the day we checked, with Wyoming's state fee added on top. Our package comes to $399 plus the $100 state fee.

Is doola a subscription?

Its pricing page says all plans are billed annually. It doesn't publish what the Starter plan costs to renew, so ask doola for that figure.

Which one should I pick if I want my US taxes done?

doola. Its Tax and Compliance plan covers federal and state tax returns and costs $1,599 a year at the promotional price ($1,999 list). The pricing page doesn't mention Form 5472 by name, so check that point with doola. We don't do tax work.

Does doola's registered agent cover Wyoming's street-address rule?

doola's Starter plan includes a registered agent. Any agent you use has to keep a physical street address in Wyoming. Our office in Cheyenne serves that role for our customers.

When can I apply for a bank account with you?

The same day you sign your EIN application. We prepare the application for our partners ahead of time, attach your Articles, and send it once you've approved it. The account itself is our partners' decision.
