Clemta Essentials is $349 and our package is $399, each with the state fee added. Clemta is $50 lower.

Year two onward

Clemta Essentials continues at $349 a year. Our charge drops to $99. By the end of year three, at current published prices, you'd have paid Clemta $1,047 and us $597, not counting state fees. Clemta's price includes an address and bookkeeping tools that ours doesn't, so decide whether you'll use them.

What's different about our package

No subscription to manage

Your setup is a one-time purchase. The registered agent renewal is the only line that recurs.

We prepare the account application

Clemta offers guidance. We fill in the application for our partners ourselves, using your order details and your filed Articles, and it's ready the minute your EIN form is signed. You approve it before anything is shared. Approval is our partners' decision, and we can't promise it.

We handle the no-SSN EIN

Form SS-4, prepared by us, signed by you, faxed to the IRS. Most arrive within 2 to 8 weeks.

What you'll still handle

Wyoming's annual report and license tax each year (from $60), and any US tax filings. For Form 5472 and similar returns, work with a tax professional who knows foreign-owned companies.

When Clemta is the better choice

Does Clemta renew automatically?

Yes. Clemta's subscriptions renew by default, and you can cancel. Essentials costs $349 a year, billed annually at $29 a month.

What do I pay you each year?

Only the registered agent fee of $99 a year, starting after the included first year. You can switch it off from your dashboard whenever you like.

Does Clemta say which states it forms in?

Its pricing page doesn't list states. Ask Clemta directly if you have a particular state in mind. Our package is for Wyoming LLCs.

Does Clemta's Pro plan cover Form 5472?

Pro adds IRS federal tax filings, but the pricing page doesn't name Form 5472 or the pro forma 1120. Confirm with Clemta. We don't prepare any US tax forms.

What if I only need a registered agent after setup?

Then our renewal is likely the cheaper route: $99 a year compared with $349 for Clemta Essentials, which also includes an address and reminders.
