Is the registered agent renewal the same?

Yes. Both BusinessRocket's Essentials package and ours include the first year of registered agent service, and both charge $99 a year afterward.

Which banks does BusinessRocket work with?

Its Bank Concierge names Lili and Relay and doesn't guarantee approval. The Chase bonus it mentions is limited to US residents who have an SSN.

Does BusinessRocket's cheapest package include an EIN?

No. The $49 Starter package doesn't include the EIN or company agreements. Essentials at $147 does.

Will BusinessRocket or you file Form 5472?

Neither of us files it. BusinessRocket offers a one-on-one Tax Concierge meeting rather than tax filing, and we don't prepare returns at all. For Form 5472, you'll want a tax professional either way.
